Each heart can be personalised with names, special dates or meaningful sentiments, making it a truly special keepsake.

SIZE AND MATERIALS

The necklace is made from 925 Sterling Silver and finished in a rhodium, 16k gold or rose gold layer. Each heart individually measures 12mm across.
It comes with a matching adjustable 40-45cm sterling silver chain.
